The Sun is a common yellow dwarf star. Scientists have named it the Sol. Weird. Maybe the Solar System should be called the Sunner System. Just kidding. Anyway, there are more then 70 sextillion stars in the Universe. I'm just going to skip the gas-and-dust cloud thing because I'm a Christian, and I know that no cloud could form everything. Also, the Theory of Evolution has 99.99% evidence against it and less than 1% evidence for it. I'm off topic, aren't I? Sorry. My mind likes to wander.
Sunspots
_______
Sunspots, at 900 degrees Fahrenheit, are a lot cooler than the rest of the Sun. They seem to affect our weather in ways we are just starting to understand. There is an 11 year cycle where sunspots increase and decrease. It's called the Uni Cycle. Kidding again. Actually, it's called the Saros Cycle. Enough about the Sun. Come back tomorrow for Mercury facts.
