"Herbert - you will need to try harder if you want to scratch the EPF. Our agents are incredibly skilled, and prepared for anything." Those are the words of the Director today. Look at this message from Herbert:

"Hehe. Is that right, Mr. Shadowy Guy?! Not prepared for ANYTHING, actually. I am going to ruin the Puffle Party, and you don't know it!"

Okay, so he didn't actually say it. But that's just my way of saying, "Be ready! Herbert will ruin the Puffle Party!" (So be ready!)
