My Membership Expired... Again!

What is wrong with Club Penguin? About a year or so ago, my membership expired. And now I get a postcard saying it's expired! It is charged to my mom's account automatically! What happened? Is this another glitch or something? Did this happen to you or anyone you know recently? Comment and let me know! Please!
