New EPF Doors

Cool huh? Apparently there will be new EPF doors around the island. I got this from here. Obviously, the middle picture is the door in the Everyday Phoning Facility. But the other ones? I have no idea. So I investigated, and here is what I came up with:

So what do you think this is all about? I saw this recently, on the EPF screen in the Command Room. Hmmm... If you wait long enough, this may appear... And by the way, the crab eyes are just a penguin's costume. Ignore them completely.
